Thrilled with TMM3 |

| Reviewer: Emory Prescott, Speech Language Pathologist from from Angel Medical Center, Franklin, NC |
| I am writing to tell you how incredibly thrilled we are with our TMM3 stretcher-chair. From the very first day we received and opened it we had a success story. A man thought he would need a PEG feeding tube was able to access the Radiology equipment using our chair and passed his swallow study! No Tube! Many patients like him who were too difficult to transfer or position are now able to receive our swallow testing with the TMM3 chair. We truly change lives! We are so pleased. Patient's even comment on how comfortable the chair is. From a liability standpoint I can't say enough about the safety and reliability of the TMM3. It just couldn't be an better. The motorized function is easy to operate and fully adaptive for every patient. Purchasing the TMM3 was our best investment this year. A sincere Thank You. |

TMM3 Review |
12/30/2010 |
| Reviewer: Constance Guggenheimer, Speech-Lang. from Pathologist from HealthTrust Purchasing (GPO) |
| Why do I like the TMM3 Dysphagia Video-Fluoroscopy Chair? First of all, it can't be compared with our old chair, which was not motorized and should have been donated to the Smithsonian a long time ago. After comparing the TransMotion TMM3 with other leading swallow chairs I knew this is what I wanted and had to have it. The long base gives more stability and amazingly, it still fits between our upright fluoro-table and the tower (we have 18 inches). Furthermore, it accomplishes the much need extra patient weight allowance of 350 lbs. The smooth transfer of patients from stretcher to the chair and then to the upright position with the motorized feature is a relief and SAFE, SAFE, SAFE for both patients and staff. No back strain here. The remote control allows for quick and easy height adjustment when the chair is in the fluoro machine position no need to crawl on the floor. It is also easy to clean. |

Safe Patient Handling recommends TMM4-TB for Wound Care |
12/30/2010 |
| Reviewer: Lavina Taylor, RN, CCRN, Safe Pt. Handling Coor. from Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital, Tucson, AZ |
| The feedback from the patients and the associates on the Outpatient Complex Wound Unit have been extremely favorable regarding the Transmotion chair that was made specifically to meet their needs the TMM4-TB. The patients and associates like the fact that the chair goes lower than our stretchers to enable a lateral transfer from the wheelchair to the treatment chair. Also, with the special leg support and eliminating the foot rest, the chair can be placed up to the hydrotherapy tank easily. The chair can be raised to a safe height so the nurse can do wound treatments/dressings at an ergonomically safe position. The Wound Healing Center outpatient department is pleased with their Transmotion chair. It accommodates their bariatric patients and with the tilt in space and the special removable tray, debridement of lower extremities can be done easier and wounds visualized better. Thank you for your excellent product and service to Carondelet St. Mary’s over the years. |

It lends itself very well for use in the bronchoscopy suite for bronchoscopic procedures, transporting patients, and it works with C-Arm Fluoroscopy. It is durable, yet light weight and maneuverable. Thanks for designing a great chair. |

TMM5-TB a Must for Eye & Dermatologic Surgeries |

| We are using TMM5-TB Stretcher-Chairs for admitting eye patients into eye block area, then rolling them to surgery, then on to post-op care for discharge. In this manner we greatly eliminate the need for transferring patients from chair, to chair, to OR bed, and back to chair for their sakes and ours. It greatly eliminates transfer time, our backs, and patients who are sedated, elderly and have poor vision. It is a convenience and huge safety issue for both us and the patients not to have to constantly transfer them. (I'm trying to talk my facility into buying one more to make our transfer issue almost nil.) The TMM5 Stretcher-Chairs are also great for admitting patients into for shoulder/neck dermatologic surgeries (ie: removal of skin cancers, lipomas, etc.) We've also used them in recovery after a surgery for same day surgery patients. They work great for so many things. |

Staff Raves about TMM5 Stretcher-Chairs |
12/30/2010 |
| Reviewer: Charlotte Austin, RN Nurse Manager from Eye Surgery Center of Augusta |
| I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much we LOVE these TMM5 stretcher-chairs. The ease of use has been a welcome relief from our other "manual" stretchers. I know for a fact that by using these stretcher-chairs, we have averted some workman's comp cases. My nurses no longer complain at the end of the day about low back pain. Every time we had to lift a patient up on the old manual stretchers, we would try to find someone to help. With the patient population getting larger in size, I don't see how any Center will be able to continue to use the manual stretchers. The nurses also love the fact that these stretcher-chairs go lower and thereby help us place wheelchair patients and limited movement patients on them. Every time we have a meeting the staff raves about how they appreciate the doctors going ahead and spending a little extra to help with the patient care. It has definitely been worth it. Our patients are more comfortable and my nurses are much happie |

| We have had our three TransMotion TMM5 Surgical Stretcher-Chairs for a little over a year now, and really like them. They have performed flawlessly, no breakdowns, easy to move, the girls like them, and quite comfortable for our patients. Also easy access for the surgeon doing temporal cataract surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgibeds for their surgery center. |
